Customer has the ability to join as a guest or an actual customer, with some limitations to the guest and the full features to the signed user.
Signed user should be validated by some criteria like adding valid card and actual data from ID, customer has the ability to track his order’s status and view all old ones, and submit an issue if something went wrong.
Our app is for delivering orders through our stores or other stores which are near to both the driver and customer.
After driver goes online, the driver gets alerted with recent orders which are ordered from older ones to the newest to serve better at delivery and accelerate the delivery process, simple profile with help center to submit issues with drivers and some terms and FAQs, older trips to show old orders with all of data.
When a customer opens the app, he will be able to join as a guest to just view our products, or sign in/up to order and gain our offers and vouchers once he’s just signed up.
Customer will be able to order after adding his address and a valid credit card through a safe gateway, the nearest driver will be able to deliver that order.
Customer has the ability to manage his cart, address and card before placing the order.
We have a full dashboard for handling any issues and refunds when something goes wrong.
We documented our FAQs, terms and conditions to help users and ca also submit an issue and the customer service will receive the issue and take action to handle it and notify the customer with the solution.
